BERGs, or business employee resource groups, at LiveRamp are a wonderful resource for LiveRampers, fostering a welcoming and inclusive workplace for employees of all identities. BERGs are aligned with the company’s values and objectives, and also serve as an opportunity to amplify leadership among underrepresented groups. By joining a BERG, LiveRampers can develop a range of skills outside of their current day-to-day, while making a meaningful impact on the community. BERGs are a great way to celebrate differences and promote positive change both within the company and beyond.
Our team and company do not sit apart from society. Issues of race, gender, power, and privilege do not stop at the workplace door—thankfully, neither do the benefits of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
LiveRamp’s diversity, inclusion and belonging (DIB) efforts are meant to build systems and experiences that enable all LiveRampers to thrive—and to ensure we do what’s right with our products and in the community. We say this knowing that society’s existing systems often work against this goal—especially for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, & People of Color), women, and other marginalized groups, and therefore focus on intentional, systemic practices that interrupt the status quo.
